Drivers license, identification card or passport. A school ID accompanied with a birth certificate can also be accepted. •There are restrictions for minors to get pierced. 8-15 year olds for earlobe piercings need their birth certificates, parental presence and parents identification card. 15-17 year olds need a photo identification card (state ID, school ID, passport, smile safe card), birth certificate, parental presence & parents identification card. If you are not the biological parent, but have guardianship: state issued documents are required. •You need to stay hydrated and eat before your piercing.
